Dastardly Kids (DK) is a Detroit-based electronic group with hip hop influences, consisting of Sonny Dulphi, Pat2Dope, Champagne Santana, DJ Ka!ros, and producer SPRNG4EVR. Founded in 2008 by high school classmates Dulphi and Pat2Dope in Ypsilanti, MI, the duo drew inspiration from artists like MF Doom and Wu-Tang Clan. Over the years, DK has expanded its lineup and sound to include Ghetto-tech, House, Footwork, Beat-core, Juke and Jungle music, evolving the iconic sounds of 90s and 2000s Detroit for a new era. Influences include Teklife, DJ Assault, Lakim, and DJ Godfather.
