Studio Barnhus is several things: a record label, a dj trio, a recording studio on Barnhusgatan (“Orphanage street”) in Stockholm, maybe even a little party once in a while. At its core, Studio Barnhus is what happens when founding members Axel Boman, Kornél Kovács and Petter Nordkvist get together and do stuff. In the widest sense, it’s a loosely-knit global collective of music lovers who’ve released over 100 records and projected all sorts of beauty onto the world since 2010.
