Nyra is a Sheffield-born, London-based DJ, producer and founder of Canoe. An Adonis and Rinse FM resident, three-time Boiler Room performer and DJ Mag Producer of the Year nominee (2024), he has become one of the UK's most distinctive underground electronic artists.

A regular across Europe's leading clubs and festivals, Nyra has performed at Circoloco DC10, Fabric, FOLD London, Sonar, ADE, Shelter Amsterdam, Sisyphos Berlin, Pikes Ibiza, Pacha Ibiza and Blitz Munich, alongside three appearances at Glastonbury's Block9, among many others. Recent highlights include an all-night-long set at Fabric, an all-night-long B2B with The Trip at Phonox, and performances for Peggy Gou's album launch and Peggy Gou x Alpha Industries.

His productions have been released on Secretsundaze, Gudu Records and Domino, alongside two collaborations with Chloe Caillet on Smile Records, among other releases. Through his own label, Canoe, Nyra has released more than 25 records, earning support from artists including Peggy Gou, Ricardo Villalobos, Young Marco, Job Jobse, Palms Trax, The Blessed Madonna and Laurent Garnier, alongside a broad spectrum of DJs across the global electronic music landscape. One of his collaborations with Chloe Caillet was selected for DJ Mag's Best Tracks of 2024.

Beyond the club, Nyra's work spans fashion, art and contemporary culture through music curation projects for Flatlist during Copenhagen Fashion Week, Studio Second Best x Puma, and Richie Culver's The Builder's Daughter exhibition in Sofia. His music has also featured in campaigns and sync placements for Hugo Boss, Miu Miu, H&M, Berghaus and Mizuno, alongside a Canoe x LN-CC collaboration.
