Katy B x Jax Jones

Katy B and Jax Jones' "Last Day of Summer" gets a UK Funky makeover from pioneer Crazy Cousinz, injecting the sun-soaked anthem with authentic club energy.

A cornerstone of the UK Funky House movement and the mind behind era-defining anthems like 'Do You Mind' and 'Bongo Jam', Crazy Cousinz brings his signature sound to the track—blending old-school heaters with his impeccable grasp of modern dancefloor dynamics. His remix reimagines "Last Day of Summer" through a Funky lens, pairing Katy B's unmistakable vocals with rolling percussion and that unmistakable bounce that has defined his career for over 15 years.

Following the track's massive impact across radio, clubs and festivals since its release at the end of March, and the recent stripped-back acoustic version, this remix offers yet another fresh perspective. Crazy Cousinz's production finds the sweet spot between dancefloor energy and raw emotion, delivering a masterclass in UK Funky that's ready to ignite clubs and festivals worldwide.
