This mix is an exploration into heavy percussion-driven music, which is something that has been influencing my production process recently. The set blends tracks from different eras, scenes and genres, trying to create a cohesive piece that moves across different moods and BPMs but keeps always percussion as the central driving element. It is not a dancefloor oriented mix, but rather one which leverages the radio format to experiment with unexpected combinations and a wide range of tempos in ways that may not be possible to do in the club.
