Queer Cult Takeover

Bouffant Bouffant is a DJ, producer, and party organizer from New Orleans, Louisiana who cut his teeth in local sex clubs and dive bars before becoming a major player on the bubbling US Queer Underground circuit. Despite all the DJing, including international jaunts to play for Cocktail d’Amore, Buttons Berlin, and Savage Hanoi, he’s made time each month for a decade to foster space for queer nightlife at home with his party Gimme A Reason. Bouffant Bouffant has music out on Nervous, Major, and two physical records on Chinotto. He’s also 1/3 of queer and woman led collective Trax Only, one-half of DJ duo Babygirl with Five and one-half of Berlin-based Longitude with Jacob Meehan.
