Hailing from Tbilisi, VAZHMARR (Vazha Marr) is a producer whose work moves fluidly between textural soundscapes, experimental techno, and melodic structures. Driven by a desire to reinterpret and redefine the legacy of past decades, his multidirectional compositions explore a wide spectrum of sonic territories, blending intuition, experimentation, and emotional depth.

Live instrumentation and an aleatoric approach lie at the heart of his practice, shaping performances that are immersive, unpredictable, and constantly evolving.

VAZHMARR is also the co-founder of Tbili Orgia and the Laboratory of Sonic Arts, two influential platforms within Georgia’s contemporary electronic music scene. His latest release appeared on Magdalena’s Apathy label.
