DJ and selecta, one half of Sista Bene, Nene comes from sound system culture, moving between dub, reggae and electronic music.

Co-founder of Rome-based collective Astarbene, she has been bringing her musical research to the decks since 2022, playing across festivals, clubs and sound system spaces in Italy and beyond.

Since 2026, she’s also a resident on Rough Radio with Pressure Drop, exploring the cross-pollinations between dub, reggae and electronic sounds.
