Suelen Mesmo is a DJ and cultural promoter from Porto Alegre (RS), with a career marked by musical research and the promotion of sound diversity. Since 2015, she has stood out in the electronic music scene with dynamic sets that explore house, afro house, amapiano, uk garage and funk, always valuing peripheral artists, LGBTQIA+ and women. Her sets have been aired on radios such as RINSE UK and Quantica and she has collaborated with projects such as the Mercosul Biennial. A resident at the Grau party (SP) and a collaborator of Tijolo Records, she is also a member of the Turmalina collective (RS), which connects black creators in electronic music. Her work combines in-depth research and authentic sound experiences, connecting diverse rhythms and narratives.
